First of all, there is some discrepancy in gemming.
For example, taking yellow socket bonus for 4 parry rating, although not taking 12 stamina of same color...

I believe the best red gem for tanks is http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40138 , not 20 str that you used.

The chest enchant is subpar to 22 def and 10 stats too.

Why there is no enchant on the weapon???

Your trinkets are not optimal, even http://ptr.wowhead.com/?item=47216 is a lot better.

okay thanks for the information. i will get to work on these today, the reason for the + 20 str is because a paladin in my old guild show me wha ti should and shouldnt have and he said i should have more str to gain more threat. also what trinket would u like me to replace?

okay well i dont think i need + 100 hp per second... buut it lvl 245 item.... but level doesnt matter if it doesnt improve my skill as a tank so i think the level 245 oynix tricket.

edit: also its hard to find anyone that can do blade ward, does anyone in fusion able to do this i will pay the normal fees.

edit again: looking at my trinkets again it seems alot harder then a minor test lol a "use" item keeps me off my rotaion so maybe i should replace that one .... sigh.. ill figure it out XD

okay replaced the yellow gem with the one you want. working on finding a JC and a enchanter for the weapon and red gem.
and im changing the Furnace Stone for the black heart.

edit: due to money issue i have to go do alot of farming now.

It was just some hints to put you back on the right track, not a guide on "how to fix my chararacter". One of the purposes of the application is to tell if the applicant is knowledgeable in the class and spec he is going to raid with, at least.

I dont need a tank for whom I'll have to check the gear every now and then to see that he has a clue on how itemize his character.

I am going to decline you.
You will not be able to take MT duty in the guild in any reasonable time frame, and there is only so many spots for MTs. Offtanks really are not that useful to us at the moment, as there are several offspec tanks with same gear quality and skill as you.

So an enhancement shaman, a DK and a Ret pally walked into a bar. The bartender turns to the DK and says "What'll you have?" Burst is not a problem in arena right now. Though, some games are too short for an unrelated reason.

The stats don't show a lack of popularity for shaman, they just show a ridiculous popularity for other classes.
